Terms and Conditions

If you submit an order for any item advertised for sale on this Website, this shall be taken to constitute acceptance by you of these Terms:

  • The sale and purchase of products via this website is governed by a contract between you and us, formed when you have placed an order, your order has been accepted by us, payment has been confirmed by PayPal, and you have been sent confirmation. Please note: as soon as we confirm your order, it will enter our electronic system and we will be unable to prevent it being dispatched to you.
  • No refunds or exchanges will be given on books or electronic goods (ebooks) unless the supplied item is faulty. Where purchases are made for non-digital products for personal use only, (not for re-sale).
  • All products listed and sold via this website are copyrighted to ©Wimpy Eventer.
  • In purchasing a product from this website you agree that all information and specifications relating to that product are approximate, and not definitive.
  • We may make any changes in the specification of our products to conform with any applicable safety or other statutory or recommended European Union requirements which do not materially affect their quality or performance.
  • The premises for delivery will be the address supplied by the purchaser at the time of purchase.

CAMPS – Wimpy Weekender Cancellation policy

  • Cancellation of Event/Camp/Clinic: A non – refundable booking deposit of £50 is payable to hold your space. If the customer cancels their space at the event within one month prior to the date of the camp – the holding deposit will be retained. Advanced warning is appreciated, and on filling the space, the balance minus £20 admin fee will be returned in full prior to one months notice.
  • If Wimpy Eventer cancel an event/camp due to factors such as weather conditions, unsafe riding conditions or factors out with their control then reasonable efforts will be made to offer an alternative date/venue/refund.
  • Wimpy Eventer will always do their best to fill and refund all monies where possible.

Just to be clear – 1 month prior to camp, we will make every effort to fill your space to ensure your refund is made. Beyond 1 month (i.e. Camp date is less than 30 days), and we still have spaces remaining, as a gesture of goodwill we will do our best to refund if at all possible.
